Symptoms we diagnose
Diagnosis before parts
We prove the power supply and airflow first, then test the heating, ignition, thermal and drive circuits. A tumbling electric dryer can still be missing the line-to-line voltage required for heat.
Possible causes
- Missing 208/240 V supply on electric dryers
- Restricted exhaust airflow
- Heating element, igniter or gas-valve issue
- Thermal protection or sensor fault
- Motor, belt, rollers or control failure
